About James M. “Jim” Judkins, Attorney at Law
Professionalism and Dedication are the hallmarks of my life.
Mr. Judkins always wanted to be a litigation attorney. He considers the practice of law his purpose in life and he holds himself to a very high professional and ethical standard. Mr. Judkins experience and success in the law extends prior to his graduation, when he won his first trial. He has a decade of experience trying and winning all types of cases. His practice is centered around divorces, child custody and support, alimony, terminations of parental rights and adoptions, and criminal law matters. He attended the University of Tennessee in Knoxville and is a graduate of Tennessee Technological University with a prelaw emphasis in History and a minor in Political Science. He is a graduate of the Nashville School of Law and is admitted to practice before the all courts in the State Tennessee and the United States District Court, Middle District and the United States District Court, Eastern District. He is past president of the Upper Cumberland Trial Lawyers Association, a member of the Tennessee Bar Association-Family Law Section and Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and participates in numerous legal seminars throughout the year.
In his free time, he enjoys working on his cattle farm.
